ABB, a Swedish–Swiss electrical equipment manufacturer, and Niedax Group, a supplier of cable management systems, formed a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The successful completion of this joint venture builds on our combined expertise and furthers our strategy to invest in emerging opportunities and provide our customers with advanced solutions to meet their evolving needs.
