Dragonfly Capital, an investment banking firm, led a $28m round in Arbelos Markets, a trading firm, with participation from Room40 Ventures, Selini Capital, Breed VC, FalconX, Circle Ventures, Paxos, P2 Ventures, Deribit, Chorus One, StarkWare, Immutable, Aevo, Cega, Talos, Amberdata and Framework.
