Trelleborg completed the acquisition of BP-Tech Group.

Trelleborg, an engineering group that offers the development and marketing of polymer solutions, completed the acquisition of BP-Tech Group, a pipe repair specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition strengthens Trelleborg’s leading position in a fast-growing industry. Aging infrastructure in Europe and North America sees between 25 and 50 percent of piped water lost to leaks annually with significant cost and environmental consequences.
