MacLean-Fogg completed the acquisition of Mallard Manufacturing.

MacLean-Fogg, a family-owned manufacturing enterprise, completed the acquisition of Mallard Manufacturing, a provider of custom gravity flow storage solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
