Fincantieri to acquire the Underwater Armament Systems business from Leonardo for €415m.

Fincantieri, a shipbuilding company, agreed to acquire the Underwater Armament Systems business from Leonardo, a company specialising in aerospace, defence and security, for €415m. “We are extremely proud of this transaction, which represents a crucial milestone in our equity story and in the implementation of Fincantieri's underwater strategy for the next industrial cycle.
