Leonard Green & Partners-backed Propio, a translation company, completed the acquisition of Akorbi, a language service provider, ASL Services, a company dedicated to providing the highest quality of qualified professional sign language interpretation services, and ULG, a language solutions provider offering translation, localization, and interpretation services to organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed. "These acquisitions not only represent an important step in Propio’s strategic growth, but also allow Propio to expand the services available to clients in industries such as healthcare, financial services, government, education, and call centers. By integrating AI-driven translations, real-time reporting, and more robust data security, Propio can provide even more reliable and efficient communication solutions," Propio statement.
