SaaStr, the world's largest community of SaaS executives, founders, and entrepreneurs, led a $29m Series C-2 round in Gorgias, a customer experience platform, with participation from Horsley Bridge, Amplify, Shopify, Sapphire, CRV and Transpose Platform. "AI is now unlocking a new channel of growth for brands.
