BNP Paribas, a financial service company, and SOFIPACA, a company that supports SMEs and mid-caps in the SOUTH region in the long term, completed the investment in SAPHELEC, an IT firm that provides outsourcing, wireless connectivity, telecommunications, and internet services for organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “If the SAPHELEC group has experienced such growth over the past 10 years, it is thanks to all of its competent and motivated employees and a high-level management team. This first phase of transmitting the rewards of the work carried out will allow them to become more involved in the future of the group.
