Omni Partners completed the investment in Compass Continuing.

Omni Partners, an investment management group offering asset management, lending, hedge fund, investment strategies, financial planning, and advisory services to high-margin, UK-based companies, completed the investment in Compass Continuing, provider of NHS Continuing Healthcare funding advisory and advocacy services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
