Axalta, a prominent global coatings company, completed the acquisition of The CoverFlexx Group, a provider of automotive refinish and aftermarket applications, from Transtar, a provider of automotive aftermarket solutions, for $295m. “The acquisition of The CoverFlexx Group further solidifies our excellent offerings in Refinish coatings.
