Pipelife completed the acquisition of GrainPlastics from de vermeulen groep.

Pipelife, a subsidiary of wienerberger, completed the acquisition of GrainPlastics, a company specializing in the production of corrugated plastic piping solutions, form de vermeulen groep, a company specializing in supply building materials. Financial terms were not dislosed. "With this acquisition wienerberger will immediately increase its share of recycled pipe content in the Netherlands from currently 9% to approx. 15%.
