CVC Capital completed the acquisition of an additional 20% stake in Glendower.

CVC Capital, a Luxembourg-based private equity and investment advisory firm, completed the acquisition of an additional 20% stake in Glendower, a private equity firm focused on secondary private markets globally. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this, CVC now owns an 80% stake in Glendower and is expected to acquire the remaining 20% stake in 2025.
