Paini, a company that designs and manufactures building furnishing products, completed the acquisition of home division from Equistone-backed KWC Group, a manufacturer and system provider for sanitary room fittings, taps and water management systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “KWC Home is excellently positioned in the market.
