SEB Nordic Energy-backed Locus Energy, a Swedish owner and developer of small-scale sustainable energy infrastructure, agreed to acquire a hydropower portfolio of Blåfall from Impax, a specialist asset manager, and Blåfall, a company acquiring, operating and maintaining renewable hydropower plants in the Nordic area. Financial terms were not disclosed.
