Venture capital firms, Hedosophia and NVentures, and Zendesk, a provider of customer service software and support ticketing system to businesses, led a $50m Series C round in PolyAI, a customer-led conversational platform for enterprises, with participation from Khosla Ventures, Georgian, Point72 Ventures, Sands Capital, and Passion Capital. The up round indicates VCs are sharing this enthusiastic vision. "We are experiencing a Cambrian explosion in AI that will impact every industry.
