EXTENDAM, an independent investment company, completed the acquisition of Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade and Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese from AccorInvest, a hotel investor and operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "These two deals mark the beginning of our partnership with Sofitel, a pioneer brand in French luxury hospitality which we are happy to support as the brand celebrates its 60th anniversary this year," Bertrand Pullès, EXTENDAM Deputy Managing Director.
