HG-backed Cube, an automated regulatory intelligence firm, completed the acquisition of the regulatory intelligence businesses from Thomson Reuters, a global content and technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The completion of this acquisition is a major milestone for CUBE in a year that has seen many important milestones including our strategic partnership with Hg, the acquisition of Reg-Room, and the acquisition of Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence and Oden businesses," Ben Richmond, CUBE Founder and CEO.
