Groupe HLD to acquire a 20% stake in Clariane for €74.1m.

Groupe HLD, an industrial investment group, agreed to acquire a 20% stake in Clariane, a nursing homes, post-acute and rehabilitation clinics, assisted living facilities, and home care services provider, for €74.1m. These capital increases will be the third part of Clariane's plan to reduce its debt and strengthen its financial structure, as well pursue as its long-term development strategy, its "At your side” corporate project and its commitments as a purpose-driven company.
