BNP Paribas Cardif to acquire Neuflize Vie from ABN Amro and AXA.

BNP Paribas Cardif, a provider of personal insurance products, agreed to acquire Neuflize Vie, an insurance company, from ABN Amro, the third-largest bank in the Netherlands, and AXA, an insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud that our long-term partnership with Neuflize OBC will enable us to work together to consolidate our position in the wealth management life insurance segment in France. This new alliance illustrates our capacity to jointly deploy our value proposition to benefit our partners," Pauline Leclerc Glorieux, BNP Paribas Cardif CEO.
