Gruppo SAE to acquire Next14.

Gruppo SAE, a publishing and editorial agency based in Italy, agreed to acquire Next14, an Italian integrated marketing and communication agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is an important step forward in the creation of a major Italian communications pole, which aims to accompany the growth of companies that invest and communicate on the national market or that depart from Italy to conquer foreign markets.
