Clairvest Group and ECL Entertainment completed the acquisition of Wyoming Downs.

Clairvest Group, a private equity investment firm, and ECL Entertainment, a seasoned owner-operator of multiple HHR gaming assets, completed the acquisition of Wyoming Downs, a licensed live horse racing and off-track betting operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to embark on our second partnership with ECL.
