MM Capital completed the acquisition of three social infrastructure PPP projects in Australia from abrdn and Macquarie.

MM Capital, a real estate developer, completed the acquisition of Western Australian Schools, ACT Law Courts and Perth Stadium from abrdn, an investment company, and Macquarie, an investment banking company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
