CyEx completed the acquisition of Simpluris.

CyEx, a provider of cyber and data breach response solutions, completed the acquisition of Simpluris, a class action settlement administrator for legal, financial and corporate administration services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Simpluris is excited to join CyEx.
