Nordic Capital to acquire a majority stake in BRP Systems from Valedo Partners.

Nordic Capital, a private equity company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in BRP Systems, a software company, from Valedo Partners, a growth expansion firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’ve been very impressed by the strong BRP team and what they have achieved so far, the company’s flexible platform and their solid market position.
