IGN Entertainment completed the acquisition of Gamer Network from RELX.

IGN Entertainment, an online media company, completed the acquisition of Gamer Network, a British digital media company, from RELX, a British multinational information and analytics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is a chance for Gamer Network to grow its network of websites, video and social channels by entering the American market as a subsidiary of IGN Entertainment and a part of the Ziff Davis group.
