Northmarq to merge with Morrison Street Capital.

Northmarq, a commercial real estate capital markets firm, agreed to merge with Morrison Street Capital, an investment management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This merger serves as an important milestone as we continue to expand our national platform.
