MasterBrand completed the acquisition of Supreme Cabinetry Brands from GHK Capital Partners for $520m.

MasterBrand, the largest manufacturer of residential cabinets in North America, completed the acquisition of Supreme Cabinetry Brands, one of the largest manufacturers of residential cabinetry in America, from GHK Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, for $520m. “Today is an important day as Supreme joins MasterBrand.
