MM Capital, which invests in high-quality international infrastructure assets, Equitix, an investment company, and Keppel, a company focused on recurring distributions and long-term capital growth, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in a portfolio of home decarbonization assets, from Enpal, a provider of comprehensive renewable energy solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
