Vitruvian Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Aduro Advisors, a fund administrator to venture capital and private equity firms. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting opportunity to accelerate the expansion of Aduro’s service and technology offerings to best serve the alternative asset industry.
