Gerresheimer completed the acquisition of Bormioli Pharma Group from Triton for €800m.

Gerresheimer, a manufacturer of primary packaging products for medication and drug delivery devices, completed the acquisition of Bormioli Pharma Group, a manufacturer of pharmaceutical products, from Triton, a private equity firm, for €800m. "Following the successful completion of the acquisition, we can now focus on the integration of Bormioli Pharma into the Gerresheimer Group. We are convinced that our customers will benefit from the expansion of the product portfolio and new, integrated systems and solutions," Dietmar Siemssen, Gerresheimer CEO.
