HCLTech completed the acquisition of communications technology group assets from Hewlett Packard Enterprise for $225m.

HCLTech, an Indian multinational information technology consulting company, completed the acquisition of communications technology group assets from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, an American multinational information technology company, for $225m. “We are pleased to have found a partner in HCLTech that appreciates the full legacy and potential of CTG. With the acquisition of HCLTech now complete, we look forward to CTG’s future successes that will be fueled and expanded as part of HCLTech, as well as HPE’s continued commitment to the telecommunications market,” Marie Myers, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Executive Vice President and CFO.
