Aris Gold completed the acquisition of an additional 31% stake in Soto Norte from Mubadala for $90m.

Aris Gold, a gold mining company, completed the acquisition of an additional 31% stake in Soto Norte, an underground gold-copper project, from Mubadala, an investment compan, for $90m. With a 51% controlling interest, Aris Mining will integrate the PSN development team into its management structure and procedures, enhancing operational efficiencies and creating synergies.
