Gallant Capital-backed Pro-Vac, a provider of essential subsurface infrastructure services, completed the acquisition of Kinetic, a provider of hydro excavation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to grow Pro-Vac’s national presence with new inroads into Colorado and Virginia.
