Payton Capital, a fund manager, completed the acquisition of HMC Capital, an alternative asset manager. Financial terms were not disclosed. “HMC Capital expects to build a $5bn Private Credit platform over the medium term. We like the DNA that Payton has and together intend to build on that strong foundation to achieve great success in the future,” David Di Pilla, HMC Capital CEO.
