Dorf Ketal completed the acquisition of Impact Fluid Solutions.

Dorf Ketal, a privately-owned global specialty chemicals company, completed the acquisition of Impact Fluid Solutions, a provider of downhole fluid additives used in industrial drilling applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Impact will bring additional strategic assets, innovative new technology, talented people, and strong customer relationships to Dorf Ketal.
