Energy Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure for $2.56bn.

Energy Capital Partners, an American investment firm, completed the acquisition of Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure, a sustainable infrastructure company that owns a diversified portfolio of contracted renewable energy, storage, efficient natural gas, electric transmission and water assets, for $2.56bn. “We are pleased with the timely and effective execution of this transaction. One of my main priorities since the beginning of my tenure as CEO was to optimize the value of our investment of Atlantica, and with the completion of the sale today we have realized that goal.
