Halal Products Development Company (HPDC), a global halal industry investment and advisory services provider, agreed to acquire Believe, a Singapore-based conglomerate providing halal cosmetics and personal care solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Our partnership with Believe represents a strategic opportunity to localize and transfer the company's expertise and resources to Saudi Arabia and provide high-quality products to local and global consumers.
