Deutsche Beteiligungs-backed AOE Group completed the acquisition of FInno Consult, ENNO studio and ITM Research.

Deutsche Beteiligungs-backed AOE Group, a complex custom software developer, completed the acquisition of FInno Consult, a provider of consultancy services intended for financial and insurance companies, ENNO studio, a digital solutions developer, and ITM Research, a provider of software solutions and technical consulting services.
