Asplundh completed the acquisition of Voltyx from Arcline.

Asplundh, a provider of safe, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable vegetation management and utility infrastructure services, completed the acquisition of Voltyx, a provider of apparatus testing, engineering and design, repair, maintenance, commissioning, and equipment assembly services, from Arcline, a private equity firm.
