BDA-backed Hokkaido LogiService completed the acquisition of Oriental Foods and IIT from Nippon Sangyo Suishin Kiko.

BDA-backed Hokkaido LogiService, a supermarkets and delivery services firm, completed the acquisition of Oriental Foods, a food retailer, and IIT, a logistics business, from Nippon Sangyo Suishin Kiko, an investment management business.
