CommScope to acquire the Cable Business assets of Casa Systems for $45m.

CommScope, a network connectivity company, agreed to acquire the Cable Business assets of Casa Systems, a provider of telecommunication equipment and solutions, for $45m. The strategic accretive acquisition strengthens CommScope’s Access Network Solutions leading market position, including enhancing its virtual CMTS and PON product offerings. The economics of the deal are supported by significant synergies.
