Mark Anthony Group, a Canadian producer and distributor of fine wine, premium spirits, and ready-to-drink beverages, completed the acquisition of Olé Cocktail Company, a developer and marketer of premium, ready-to-drink tequila cocktails and mocktails. Financial terms were not disclosed.
