KDP to acquire Production, Sales and Distribution Assets from Kalil Bottling.

KDP, an American beverage and coffee maker company, agreed to acquire all Production, Sales, and Distribution Assets from Kalil Bottling, a family-owned beverage bottler and distributor serving the Arizona market since 1948. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This exciting acquisition strengthens our unique national DSD capabilities and creates opportunities for enhanced scale and brand building in a fast-growing region for beverages,” Tim Cofer, KDP Chief Executive Officer.
