Homesteaders and Birch Hill completed the acquisition of Park Lawn for $1.2bn.

Homesteaders Life Company, an insurance services provider, and Birch Hill Equity Partners Management, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Park Lawn, a funeral, cremation and cemetery provider, for $1.2bn. "This Transaction represents tangible recognition of the value and strength of our organization.
