Independence Pet Holdings completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Spot Pet Insurance.

Independence Pet Holdings, pet health brands and services holding company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Spot Pet Insurance, a pet insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction builds on a successful partnership that began in 2022 with IPH’s first investment in Spot. Today, IPH handles Spot’s underwriting, customer service, claims activities, and a variety of other important administrative services.
