Frontdoor to acquire 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty for $585m.

Frontdoor, a provider of home warranties, agreed to acquire 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, a provider of construction structural warranties and systems and appliances coverage for new and existing homes, for $585m. “We are extremely excited about the 2-10 acquisition.
