Aspia to acquire the outsourcing business of Vitruvian-backed Accountor.

Aspia, a provider of technology-enabled accounting, payroll, tax and advisory services in the Nordics, agreed to acquire the outsourcing business of Vitruvian-backed Accountor, a firm that specialises in software and outsourcing services for financial and HR services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
