Warburg Pincus-backed BradyPLUS completed the acquisition of Idaho Package Company (iPAK).

Warburg Pincus-backed BradyPLUS, a distributor of janitorial, sanitation foodservice products, completed the acquisition of Idaho Package Company (iPAK), an industrial and agricultural custom packaging distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of iPAK enables us to scale a priority geography and to expand our industrial packaging capabilities," Kenneth D.
