Waterland Private Equity completed the acquisition of LifeFit Group from Oaktree Capital Management.

Waterland Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of LifeFit Group, a fitness and wellness group, from Oaktree Capital Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to have such a competent and experienced investor as Waterland on board. With their expertise and financial support, we are absolutely certain that we will be able to continue along our chosen path.
