Advent International and Leonard Green & Partners to invest in Genstar Capital-backed Prometheus Group.

Advent International, an American global private equity firm, and Leonard Green & Partners, an American private equity investment firm, agreed to invest in Genstar Capital-backed Prometheus Group, an asset management software provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It has been an honor and pleasure to work with Eric Huang and the Prometheus team to build the business together over the last five years.
